CrossFit Classes


Fun fitness is always the prescription in our classes. Each workout is designed to give you maximum results in a fun, supportive atmosphere. Don’t worry that any of these will be too tough for you. We scale every workout to meet you where you are. As your skills increase, so does the intensity of your workouts.
  • On-Ramp

    Every new CrossFitter or Olympic Weightlifter begins in our On-Ramp course. You’ll train 1-on-1 with a coach to learn the correct techniques for classic functional movements. This course will ease you into the intensity of the CrossFit and Weightlifting workouts.

  • CrossFit Kids (Ages 5-12)

    Our number one goal? Teaching and reinforcing that working out is fun. On top of teaching good technique, our CrossFit Kids class is all about having fun. We incorporate functional movements into a variety of games, so the kiddos are having fun while they learn healthy habits.

    Beyond that, we’ll teach our kids how to move properly through functional movements. Our main focus to start is to teach our kiddos the proper way to perform bodyweight exercises.

  • Nutrition Consulting

    We provide nutritional guidance and an approach to fit any lifestyle you may experience. Diets are not a ‘one-size fits all’ because every individual is different. We have different needs, different genetic makeups, different preferences, and different struggles.

    We believe that the best diet is the one that works for YOU. This is why we work with our clients to help them develop an understanding of food, a better relationship with food, and find a routine that fits them and their goals.

    We do this through:

    • An initial in-person consult with your nutrition coach to get to know YOU and what your current diet and lifestyle look like.
    • An individualized nutrition plan and approved foods list tailored to your needs and goals.
    • Weekly email check-ins via email, text, or phone calls to help with accountability, struggles you may be having, and possible adjustments of the program to ensure continued success and progress.

  • Sweat 45

    45 minutes of go, go, go. Our SweatFit 45 classes offer a beginner friendly, but highly effective approach to burning fat and working on your cardiovascular endurance. These coach-led classes are great for all levels, especially beginners. A great option for the person who has to get a great workout in a short time frame.

    We focus on functional movements in a quick-paced setting that will get your heart rate going and your body feeling leaner and stronger. Movements will be less technical and more beginner-friendly.


  • Olympic Weightlifting

    While some Olympic Lifting can be found in our CrossFit classes, this 6 week program is designed specifically to help athletes looking to improve their lifts in the clean and the snatch. Whether you are new to Olympic Lifting or a seasoned lifter preparing for their next meet, these small classes are just for you.

    Under the careful eyes of our coaches you will perform drills to improve technique while also increasing strength and power. We will perform the main lifts to improve your platform performance (Snatch, Clean and Jerk, Squat variations). We also will provide individualized accessory exercises that will help improve specific parts of each lift.

  • Obstacle Course Race Prep (Seasonal)

    Spartan Race, Tough Mudder, Savage Race. Obstacle Course Races have gotten really popular for folks of all ages and fitness backgrounds and we get. They’re fun!

    Get yourself ready for your next race with our OCR prep course. This seasonal 8-week course will help individuals of any fitness level get ready for the tasks that they’ll likely see come race day. We focus mainly on building cardiovascular endurance while working with odd objects to build functional strength and capacity.

  • Athletic Performance Training (Seasonal – Ages 13-18)

    Our Athletic Performance Training for youth is geared towards children Ages 13-18. Whether the kids are serious about playing a sport, or just testing out their athleticism, there is a class for everyone!

    We’ll focus on teaching your young athletes how to perform the exercises that will improve their competitive athleticism on the court or field. From olympic weightlifting and barbell exercises to full body functional conditioning, speed and agility training. We’ll get you or your kiddo ready for the season!

  • Yoga

    Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied, functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees, and much more. Every workout is different so you never get bored! Each workout is also lead by a professional and we scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get the maximum workout every time.

  • Personal Training

    In today’s busy world, it’s hard to find the time to get regular exercise. So it’s important to make the most of the time you have. The Big Dane Collective offers a wide range of personal workout programs and time availability to help you achieve your ideal body. Your personal trainer will develop an exercise regimen that is 100% suited specifically for you, whether your goal is to gain muscle or lose weight.
