Good CrossFit is where the coaches are experts in fitness and care about you and your fitness journey, and we invest ourselves in helping you reach your goals. It also provides ‘built-in’ training partners (aka gym buddies) by working out in a group setting. CrossFit is unlike anything you’ve ever experienced. But, fair warning, once you try it, you may never want to go to the “other gyms” again!
Working 1-on-1 with a coach is the quickest way to the results you want. When you sign up for Personal Training with us, you’re signing up for a unique program specifically for your current fitness level. Our Coaches will track your progress over the course of your sessions and design drills and workouts specifically for you. We recommend you take advantage of at least one Personal Training session per week or month along with your Group Classes to ensure maximum results.
It is often said that your fitness level is 20% your activity and 80% the things you put in your mouth. And we don’t disagree. To help you really understand the power of nutrition in your quest to get healthier, we offer both 1-on-1 and Group Nutrition Services.
