Day 21/26:  Create a Primal Recipe

Being able to create with leftover scraps can be a very useful tactic to make the most of you primal lifestyle.  For one you are able to waste less extra food.  Also- getting creative in the kitchen can be really fun and gets you thinking outside the box about ways to create variance in your weekly meals.

Concoct your own entrée of Primal fare, writing down all the ingredients and measuring portions for future reference. If the first go-round is not quite right, revise the recipe and repeat the exercise tomorrow.

10 Primal Meals in 15 Minutes or Less

  • Concoct your own entrée of Primal fare, writing down all the ingredients and measuring portions for future reference.

  1. Today we meal prepped!! One of my favorite veggies thanks to Melissa B is broiled cauliflower. I put aluminum foil on a baking sheet and placed 4 tablespoons of EVOO on the foil. Then placed the cauliflower on top, and mixing the cauliflower on/in thr EVOO so thr 2 tablespoons of garlic salt stick better. Put in the oven on high broil for 10 ish minutes, flip when brown for another 7-10 min and vwuala! This is not necessarily a paleo recipe by any means but it mixes up the veggie selection.
We also made crock pot chicken, crock pot roast, and crock pot pork.
